By downloading, installing or using Morphoto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Morphoto provides AI-powered photo retouching. You can select photos, choose style templates or reference images, and the App generates retouched versions. Each retouch consumes points as described in the App.
New users receive a complimentary sign-up bonus of points, and a small daily sign-in bonus. Retouching tasks consume points according to the rates shown in the App before each task is started.
Points are a limited, non-transferable license to use features of the App. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may purchase additional consumable point packages via Apple In-App Purchase:

Purchased points do not expire while your account is active.
Apple handles payment refund requests. When a point purchase is refunded or revoked, its paid credits are removed. Any already-used remainder is offset against later paid-credit purchases or task refunds; free and membership credits are not used for this settlement. Failed retouch tasks return the points charged for that task exactly once.
Morphoto offers an auto-renewing membership subscription in three durations, all in the same subscription group:

Membership benefits include:
Monthly points grant: For all plans, the 60 membership points are granted once per 30-day period during the subscription (for longer plans, the points are granted month by month across the subscription term, not all at once). Points granted in a period expire at the end of that period and do not roll over to the next period.
Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button to restore eligible subscriptions. Sign in to the same Morphoto account to access its remaining points. Consumed point packages are not restored as new purchases.
You may not use the App to: (a) upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, automate, or abuse the service or its points system; (c) upload photos of people without appropriate consent where required by law.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the retouching service. Processed images are delivered to you and, if you share them to the Inspiration feed, are displayed according to your sharing settings. You may delete your content and account at any time in the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and may contain artifacts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the use of the App is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
